Due to the nature of our products and previous abuse of refund systems, we maintain a strict no-refund, no-return policy.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, in the rare case of a customs seizure, we offer a one-time reshipment at a 75% discount to an alternate address.
When We Offer Support
The only exception to our no-refund policy is in cases of official customs seizurewith proper documentation. In these rare instances, we provide a one-time reshipmentat a 75% discount to an alternate address.
Customs Seizure Protocol
To be eligible for a discounted reshipment, you must submit the following documentation:
Required Documentation:
- A clear, high-resolution image of the official seizure notice or letter
The notice must clearly show:
- Your full name
- Your delivery address
- The reason for seizure
- The issuing authority
Once verified, we will provide a discount code for 75% off a replacement shipment to an alternate address.
No Support Cases Accepted For:
- Parcels not collected by the customer and returned to sender
- Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses
- Customs refusal for reasons other than official seizure with notice
- Customer remorse, product misunderstanding, or non-performance claims
